peaceful pool area, surprisingly high-quality cocktails, limited sunbeds available
Room cleaning occurs too late in the day, leaving little time for showering before dinner!!! The toilet roll holder barely hangs on the wall and the uneven toilet seat is frustrating!!! The gym is disappointingly unworthy of the name!!!

The rooms are clean, spacious n well set. The staff are friendly. Location wise it is slightly away from the beach, just a brisk 5min walk. It was definitely value-for-money.

The pool area catches the sun. My room, a Beautiful Double, felt spacious and boasted excellent air conditioning. The breakfast menu could use some excitement. After a few days, the options turned tedious. They served basic fare, and I missed having more selection like bacon or different hot dishes. Housekeeping services were also a bit slow, which complicated the timing of my days. I enjoyed the location being just a short walk to Patong beach, yet felt far enough from the noise. The staff were polite, but some just didn't engage much beyond the basics. I appreciated the assistance from the tour booth ladies outside the reception, who helped book events at reasonable prices. One annoying detail came at checkout when they charged for items I thought would be part of the amenities. It felt unnecessary considering my overall experience. For the price, Nipa isn't bad, but it can definitely improve in a few key areas.

The swimming pool was great. The staff were all so friendly and helpful. The bartender was great. This hotel is worth for the money! They gave us a great start of the honey moon.
There's nothing we don't like about this hotel.

a cute stay with friendly staff and good bubble tea nearby
Nipa Resort is an really good choice with helpful staff and a wonderfully clean atmosphere. The pool was lively, and the good brown sugar bubble tea from 7/11 made it even better!

Location- centrally located.
Shower unit over bath, not up to standard. Floors & furniture needs to be clean more often.

Clean rooms and nice pool and they ungraded our room for free. Most of the staff were friendly and good location for shopping and beach. Good price for the room - around $100 for peak season.
A large percentage of the staff didnt understand English very well. The internet did not allow you to log off easily so I had to keep buying a new card everytime I used the internet and this got expensive. There were a couple of staff members who were rude for example my partner was at the pool bar and the bar tender kept serving other patrons whilst ignoring my partner who was there first.

I absolutely loved their pool. The location is still quite close to everything. Very relaxing and staff were excellent and very helpful. Will definately stay here agin.
Th breakfast was pretty average. The food is not what you would normally eat for breakfast. Needs to have things like bacon, hash brown, tomatoes etc.
